General News

There are very few dedicated researchers in the voluntary and community sector and research is often part of an individual’s broader job remit, which can mean you may have had little or no research training or and may not know where to go to get statistics or how to undertake research.

This event is the first of four inter-linked sessions organised by ARK and NICVA to provide the tools and insight into how to undertake research that is of value to your organisation.

Accessing and utilising sources of research will look at: NINIS, introduction to ARK, the Household Panel Survey, using government resources and statistics.

When and where? Wednesday 23 January 2008, 10.00am to 2.30pm, Queen’s University Belfast
