In response to the growing number of foreign nationals presenting as homeless, and the barriers which language can present, The NIHE agreed to fund a language service in accommodation projects last year.
The NIHE have recently changed providers for this service from Language Line to the The Big Word.
Your project has been assigned a new identification number which enables you to access this new system. This information, along with further information and poster, have been posted to you a few weeks ago.
Your I.D. number is confidential and should only be used by relevant staff. It cannot be given to clients or other agencies, as the service is extremely costly and usage will be monitored by The Executive.
