On 22nd March, Health Minister Paul Goggins launched for consultation a strategy that looks at how we can support young people in need to achieve their full potential.
This consultation document has been produced by DHSSPS in conjunction with OFMDFM, DE, DEL, DSD, DETI, NIO and the Youth Justice Agency.
