Is your organisation well run, or just a bit run down? Sign up to Voluntary Arts Ireland’s 'Run Well Clinic' on 22 May 2007 and get a free organisational MOT.
Voluntary arts organisations are invited to come along for some advice on memoranda and articles of association, legal structures and charitable status, plus facilitation/advice to enable volunteers (including board members if they are volunteers) to
- understand or revise their constitution
- tackle strategic planning
- set out a participant recruitment plan
- review their fundraising or marketing plan
- develop governance, reporting or evaluation skills
