invitation to 'A Human Rights Based Approach - Measuring Change' on

The PPR Project is launching two publications:
- "Making and Measuring Change - A Human Rights based Approach to Health" Conference Report
- North Belfast Statistical Profile
The event will be addressed by Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People, Patricia Lewsley and Project Chair Inez McCormack. The Northern Ireland Neighbourhood Information Service (NINIS) will be giving an optional informal demonstration of their web based resources and how they can be used by community groups and organisations to highlight areas of unmet need.
