Managing homelessness without housing. Homelessness Services After Stock Transfer: A research summary by the Scottish Council for Single Homeless:
A new report published by the Scottish Council for Single Homeless (SCSH) shows that homelessness services in areas of Scotland where councils have transferred their housing stock have generally been an afterthought.
This report will be available from Friday 16 May 2008. An Executive summary of the main findings is available on request or downloadable on the SCSH website www.scsh.org.uk
