As part of the Healthy Ageing:InterAction Plan, Belfast Healthy Cities is leading development of a resource pack for professionals working with older people. A separate directory will be developed for wide distribution to older people themselves.
The professionals’ resource pack will provide comprehensive information on current services and resources relating to each of the seven themes in the InterAction plan as well as a number of additional themes. It is intended to act as a reference and signposting document, and will be made available primarily through a dedicated website, to be hosted by Belfast City Council. Meanwhile, the directory aimed at older people will provide an outline of and contact details for key services.
