Business in the Community in partnership with the Health Promotion Agency promotes the business case that investing in employee health and wellbeing improves NI business competitiveness. Measuring health and wellbeing is an important step in implementing an effective workplace health programme. This conference will look at a variety of factors that affect health and well-being in the workplace.
