Monday 3rd November saw the launch of Anti-Racist Workplace week by the Equality Commission in the Waterfront Hall. The main focus of the week is to raise awareness around the issue of racism in the workplace and to encourage employers to develop strategies that promote equal opportunity in a culturally diverse workforce.
