FEANTSA Annual Conference, Cardiff City Hall, 13-14 November 2008

In cooperation with Shelter Cymru: “People who are homeless can be housed: an insight into successful practices from across Europe.”

The FEANTSA event of the year, you cannot afford to miss the annual conference!  Taking place in Cardiff this year, the conference will be the highlight of FEANTSA’s annual theme on housing and homelessness.  The conference will give you the opportunity to meet hundreds of professionals in the field of homelessness and also to find out more about the work of FEANTSA.  Come and ask FEANTSA staff and volunteers about FEANTSA’s working groups, publications and research at the Information Forum which will be held on the first day of the conference. 

Day delegate registration is now open until the 3rd of November

Speakers in different workshops will speak for and against certain premises to provoke discussion and debate, such as ‘Social housing operators cannot be expected to solve the problem of homelessness’, ‘Making the right to housing justiciable for all is not possible’ and ‘Home ownership is not a sustainable option for people who are homeless.’
