WHAT DO WE MEAN BY HOMELESSNESS?

We adopt the guidance outlined in the ‘ETHOS’ (European Typology On Homelessness and Housing Exclusion) as developed by FEANTSA, whilst being cognisant of the legal definition of homelessness as outlined by the relevant local legislation.
